Biography
Crafting a Symphony of Medicine, Research, Social Impact, Archery and Music
Academics
I am a Medical Bioscience Academy (MBSA) student & junior at Enloe Magnet High School. I am passionate about advancing healthcare through innovative fields like Integrative Biology, Bioengineering, Regenerative Medicine, and Nanotechnology. My research focuses on pioneering protein analysis through Artificial Intelligence, leveraging its potential as a groundbreaking modality in medical diagnostics. With a 4.688 GPA and extensive hands-on experience, I am committed to bridging medicine and technology to create inclusive, cutting-edge solutions that redefine global healthcare.
Research
Research is where I channel curiosity into impact. With 980+ hours dedicated and a portfolio of 5 papers—my work spans computational biology, public health, and integrative sciences. At the Summer Science Program (SSP), I co-authored a study on bacterial genomics and antibiotic resistance, contributing to resource-efficient RNA 3D prediction tools. My independent projects include developing a RoPE-enhanced transformer for RNA structure prediction, advancing accessibility in bioinformatics, and designing a “Hallucination Muse” framework that turns LLM hallucinations into sparks for biomedical discovery.
Beyond computational research, I’ve published in the Journal of Student Research on social media’s impact on spinal health, authored a longitudinal case study on the MAF-180 fitness method, and am co-leading an orthokeratology study to create predictive tools for myopia control. Each project reflects a commitment to bridging disciplines—using AI, biology, and human-centered inquiry to generate solutions that move the needle for science and society.
Social Impact
Beyond personal growth, I am deeply committed to creating meaningful social impact. With 845+ documented service hours across 8 countries, my efforts span public health, education, and community building. I co-led a menstrual health program in Nigeria, designing workshops, training teachers, and distributing eco-friendly kits to improve hygiene literacy. As an American Red Cross Blood Ambassador, I organized drives that collected 80+ units of blood, supporting 240+ lives and engaging over 500 donors and volunteers. Through Schoolhouse.world, I have tutored SAT Math to 40+ students across 7 countries, sharing problem-solving strategies and earning 221+ positive reviews. My volunteer work with food banks, shelters, Habitat for Humanity, and special needs classrooms reflects my belief that purposeful action, whether local or global, can transform lives and strengthen communities.
Archery
My journey as a competitive archer has been a testament to resilience and precision, earning me three state titles—including the 2025 USA Archery U21 JOAD Championship and back-to-back NCFAA State Championships in 2024 and 2025—as well as the 2025 NFAA Southeast Sectional Title. With over 600 hours of dedicated training between 2023 and 2025, archery has honed my ability to perform under pressure, a skill that translates seamlessly into my academic and professional pursuits. The focus and discipline I cultivate on the range are the same qualities that drive my success in research and community initiatives.
Music
Music has been both a source of inspiration and a discipline of growth. With 6+ years in band and orchestra and over 1,650 hours of rehearsals, concerts, and ensembles, I have learned how to blend, support, and elevate the collective sound. My journey began on the trumpet, but a year later I transitioned to the French Horn, where I earned 5th chair at the 2024 All-District Band and attended the UNCG Summer Music Camp for advanced ensemble training. From Wind Ensemble and Symphonic Orchestra to solo practice and festivals, music has taught me to listen deeply, collaborate meaningfully, and balance precision with creativity. These lessons shape not only my musicianship but also the way I approach research, leadership, and innovation—with patience, harmony, and the courage to find my place in the larger composition.
